Time to update our directory! Just to make sure we have your correct information, fill out the form below and either bring the form to the office, mail it or leave it in the collection plate on Sunday. Your email address is kept confidential and allows you to receive church related notices and inspirational messages from your pastors.
We are also missing a number of birthdays, so please include your birth date as well!
Pat & Ralph Pendleton have stepped forward to coordinate the 2005 Picture Directory for the Community Church. This will be your opportunity to get your picture taken by a professional photographer and help us prepare our new directory, complete with pictures!
