Thank You Notes

For use in printed publications, Right-Click on the filename below to download and choose "Save Target As" or "Save Link As"A big thank you to everyone who helped make our three Christmas Eve services so special!  Thank you to all the choirs for the wonderful Advent and Christmas music and to Glenda for stepping in a providing music in Joyce’s absence.  Thank you to Gail for all the Christmas greens.  And thank you to Carolyn Adkins for coordinating the delivery of the poinsettias to our church family.  Thank you to the Christmas Eve acolytes and ushers and to Karin for all the extra Christmas bulletins and mailings.  And thanks go to the Bishops for their help stuffing the bulletins and all the other odd jobs they did before Christmas.  Thank you to our custodian Ernest for the extra work and details this time of year always brings.

Thanks to Ken McHugh and Tom Dilley for their continued work on our troubled plumbing.  And thank you to Joyce Cox and the Sign Committee for all their work getting our new sign on Hwy 116 and thanks to Tom and his crew for providing the lighting for the new sign as well as lighting for the ark sculpture. 

Thank you to Glenda for arranging and providing refreshments following our Service of Remembrance.  Thanks also to Joyce Cox for her tireless work coordinating the Alternative Gifts year after year.  

A warm thank you to all who made Tara’s Farwell Tea a special day for her.  Thanks to Chris Evans for spearheading the event, Kathy Bell, Diana Iverson, Bobbie Johanson, Diane Krautner, Beth Larssen, Dorothy McKoin, Helen Sokolis, Donna Tappan and Denelle Tognozzi who worked Saturday and Sunday making preparations for the party.  Thanks also to Michael Boal, Madison Foster, Pat Furber, Tom Larssen, Sonja Larssen, Margarette Murakami, Pat & Sue Rollins and Julie Smith for clean up, Andy DelMonte and Frank Jilka and the Brass Choir for providing the music and Novella Robert for sharing her lovely miniature tea sets for center pieces.  The teapots and food were also special. Good job everyone!

For all those who generously contributed Christmas gifts for the Convalescent Hospital residents, my grateful thanks to you. I would also like to thank the Women’s Fellowship ladies who donated material and helped create gifts for the residents at the October and November workshops. Your generosity helped to make the residents’ holiday a little brighter.
