It's a girl! Bev Buswell became a grandmother for the first time on May 31, 2005 when Azalea Spring Stinson was born to Bev's daughter, Alyssa. All are home and doing fine!
Baptism
On Sunday, June 12, Ian Taylor Demidow, son of Alex and Stacey Demidow, was baptized during the worship service. Our prayers are with Ian as he begins his journey in the Christian faith.
Farewells
On June 5th, we honored Samantha Starr for her years serving as Director of Music at the church. In July, she and her family will be moving to Albuquerque to begin graduate studies in music at the University of New Mexico.
On June 12th, we honored and thanked Megan Buckley Cutting for her years of faithful service as our Sunday morning nursery coordinator. Megan is expecting a child in July and has decided to step down from her position. Fran Rasmus has graciously agreed to be our nursery coordinator for the next year.
On the 12th we also honor Sarah Mitchel who has also worked faithfully in our nursery and pre-school Sunday after Sunday. Sarah is off to college!
Rod Folendorf has now moved to his new home in Clovis where he is the owner of a UPS mail store. We wish him many blessings and miss him already.
