I’m not sure Jesus would even recognize today’s Christianity or claim it as his own. We have gotten so cautious, so distrustful, even so intolerant. We forget just how recklessly inclusive our Lord really was!

In the Fall, in the season we know in this part of the year as Crush, there often is concern if there will be enough workers in the field to get the grapes in on time. Time is of the essence. Interestingly, Jesus seems to feel the same sense of urgency when it comes to sharing the Gospel.
