Update
For the month, in our operating fund, receipts exceeded expenses by $3600. As you recall, we began the year with an operating deficit of $13,591. In the first quarter of 2005, we have reduced that deficit to $3519! That is encouraging financial news. Thank you for your faithfulness. For the first quarter our pledge income was actually $1000 ahead of projections and the plate income is almost exactly what we had projected. Income from facility use is also up. Meanwhile, for the first quarter, our expenses were $3000 below our projections. All of this mean that our church made a very encouraging financial “rebound” for the first three months of the year. Through our continued faithfulness, hopefully this good financial news will continue.
