Church to Host Arab Music Concert & Workshops
June 24 & 25
The Community Church of Sebastopol will host Cameron &
Kristina, two
Americans who have learned to perform popular Arabic Music so that Americans can
see more clearly who the Arabic-speaking people really are.
Friday, June 24, will feature the guitarist and soloist at 7 PM in the sanctuary as they present popular Arabic music, building a bridge of understanding between America and the Arab world through music. Cost for the concert is $10.
A workshop will be held on Saturday, June 25 in Fellowship Hall with Cameron & Kristina to further explore how we can communicate with the Arab people. The workshop will be held from 10 am to Noon. The cost for the workshop is $10.
