It has been a decade since Rev. Nelson last took a sabbatical. His pastoral relations committee has recommended and the church council has approved a mini-sabbatical. He will be out of the office from November 13th to December 11th. A part of his time away will be spent touring Vietnam with his daughter, Becky. More details will follow as the time gets closer.
When Rev. Nelson joins his daughter, Becky, in Vietnam you will be able to keep track of their travels online. Becky has already started her journey and is currently traveling in Thailand. You can follow Becky’s adventure and keep up with her travels by visiting her travel blog at www.beckynelsontravels.blogspot.com. You can even post your own comments to Becky and when Rev. Nelson gets to Vietnam you will be able to see what he and his daughter are up to!
