Update
April proved to be a strong month financially for our church. Income for the month exceeded expenses by $6000, leaving us with a month-end operating balance of $2635. Pledge income was particularly strong, with our pledges finishing April almost $4000 over projections. Plate income and Memorial Hall receipts have also been strong for the first four months of the year. Operating expenses for that same period actually were $2000 over projections, but this is a reflection of some quarterly payments that were due and anticipated in the budget. It is good to enter the summer months in a strong financial position. As always, thank you for your faithfulness.
