One Great Hour of Sharing
This year’s One Great Hour of Sharing (OGHS) offering will be received in The Community Church on Sunday, March 26th. The theme of this year’s offering is: “it’s remarkable what you can do.” And so it is: when the tragic tsunami struck southern Asia, we were there through OGHS; when Katrina devastated the southern United States, we were there through OGHS. Because we have staff already in place, you can be confident that dollars given to OGHS go where they are most needed, providing aid, training, and new starts to people most in need. Speaking of water, our OGHS gifts also supply potable water to thousands of people throughout the world as wells are dug and water supplies restored. This offering, received in Protestant churches throughout the world in the spring of each year, truly does make a difference. Please give generously to One Great Hour of Sharing
