Camp Caz Work Weekend
Adult and youth volunteers are welcome to participate at the annual Camp Caz Work Weekend on November 10-12. Come enjoy the great outdoors and help with projects to spruce up the site. Arrive on Friday night or Saturday morning and leave Sunday afternoon. Breakfast, lunch and dinner on Saturday and breakfast and lunch Sunday will be served to all participants. Saturday dinner will again be a scrumptious Prime Rib dinner with all the fixings. Cost is $20.00 per adult, under 18 years free but must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
The list of potential projects includes:
w Loading dumpsters as we clean out the old dump & the area around the barn
w Painting the dining tables
w Splitting and stacking firewood
w Painting the rooms in Redwood Lodge
w Painting the inside of Gill Lodge
w Hanging outdoor lights on the deck at Redwood Lodge
w Removing and replacing the front porch at Little House
w Painting Little House
w Fixing the railing and installing a step at Vesper Point
w Plastic on the back of cabins
w Burning the wood from the old deck at Redwood Lodge
w Fixing the fencing around the pool
w Taking off the netting from the top of the dining area
w Removing the cabinets by the fireplace in Gill Lodge
