Birth
Walter and Anny Elvy celebrated the birth of their daughter, Eva Catherine Elvy on September 6, 2006 in Orlando Florida. Eva weighed 8 lbs 2 oz and was 20” long. Eva was welcomed home by big sister Alexis. Proud grandparents are Lud and Glenda Elvy. Blessings and congratulations!
Ralph Pendleton celebrated the birth of his grandson, Liam Connor born in Blaine, Washington on September 12. Liam was welcomed home by big sister Roisin and all are home and doing well. Blessings and congratulations!
Wedding
Congratulations to Kristen Anderson and Andy DelMonte who were married on September 23 here at The Community Church of Sebastopol. The wedding was performed by Rev. Nelson and included a special family ceremony with Emma and Ethan. The newlyweds are honeymooning on the East Coast and will be living in Windsor. Blessings as you start your new life together as husband and wife!
Deaths
Lorraine Widdoes, the mother Nancy Shimetz died in September and a memorial service was held at the Community Church of Sebastopol on Wednesday, September 13, officiated by Rev. Nelson. Our prayers are with Nancy and her family.
On September 24 Rev. Nelson officiated a memorial service at the Community Church for long-time church member Florence Curtis who died following a lengthy illness. Our love and prayers are extended to her husband, Jack Curtis and his family.
