ST. JOSEPH’S RETREAT CENTER IN DUNCAN MILLS
Please join us for a weekend of community, spirituality and laughter as we explore the presence of God in Creation with Rev. Marjorie Hoyer Smith. St. Joseph’s Retreat Center is located on the Russian River. In addition to our wonderful program we will have plenty of time to explore, go canoeing or kayaking, take nature walks, or just watch the river. The weekend will also offer a chance to rest, play, time for crafts and of course, enjoy wonderful meals together (that you do not cook!)
The retreat will begin Friday late afternoon with check-in and include all meals from dinner Friday and conclude with Sunday morning brunch followed by communion. All Women associated with the church and their friends and family are welcome.
You may pick up a registration form in the church office or from any of the Women’s Retreat Committee members listed below. Please return a registration form for each attendee as soon as possible. Everyone’s financial circumstances are different, so the committee has decided to apply a sliding scale for payment. While the total cost of the retreat is $225 per person, please choose to pay any amount between $225 and $135. You may make a donation to the Women’s Retreat fund by paying more than $225.
If your entire registration fee is paid by May 15th, your name will be entered in the Early Bird Opportunity drawing. Three prizes will be offered: $50 certificate for a future retreat, free ticket on a future bus trip, and a third prize to be determined.
Scholarships are still available for total payments of less than $135; please contact the church office for more information and to get your registration form - 823-2484.
