Thank You Notes
From our June MADD Camp, thank you to the adult leaders and youth for helping with our 33 young campers! J And thank you to our Wedding Hostess crew Kathy Matthies, Suzanne White, Jean Enos and Marilyn Lerum for making the day easier for our brides! J Thanks to Tom Dilley (as always!) for getting our water heater fixed and the many other odd jobs you handle so well around the church. J Thank you to Tom Larssen and David White for your patching and painting projects and keeping us looking so good! J Thank you to our Annual Church Picnic team for hauling everything out to Georgetown, and bringing it all back (including the garbage!) and to Frank Jilka for bringing the Community Band to entertain us with such festive music! Special thank you to Guy & Michelle Smith for sharing their home with us once again for our church picnic. J Thanks to Brian, John, Jean and Kristen for preaching the Sundays that Gene was not available and to all our summer music volunteers for doing such a great job! J Thank you to the Adult Ed Committee for bringing us the History of the Bible and inviting the greater community to enjoy the play with us (Tuesday’s With Morrie is coming up November 3)! J Thank yous go to the Women’s Fellowship and the Women’s Retreat groups for teaming up to share the work and your expertise in hosting the Annual Tea. That’s another fantastic event enjoyed by the greater community. J Thank you to all who helped with the Apple Pie making, baking and selling! We made over 1600 Gravenstein Apple Pies and they were the best ever! J Thank you to all who participated in the New Orleans Mission Trip, traveling and working in the summer heat and humidity of the south takes dedication! We look forward to your mission presentation coming up in October. J
