Facilities Evaluation Committee
The Facilities Evaluation Committee has reviewed the report submitted by the structural engineers concerning Pilgrim House, including the feasibility of remodeling Pilgrim House and what type of structure we would gain; moving Pilgrim House to another location; rebuilding the structure entirely.
The Facilities Evaluation Committee will have their recommendations available to the congregation the first week of April. Copies will be printed and available in the church office and online.
Draw Your Dream!
Each member of the congregation will be given a footprint of our campus with the area where Pilgrim House now stands empty, giving you the opportunity to draw in your dream – what is your vision of that space? What do you want to see happened? If you could wave a magic wand and design the perfect space, what would that look like?
Another important step in this entire process is collecting information from each committee and their recommendations as to what will meet their needs for meeting space, storage, gatherings and events and what they would like to see included in the design.
Your dreams, ideas and suggestions will be presented to the congregation at three different Vision Meetings, giving everyone the opportunity to comment:

| Sunday, May 18 from Noon to 2 pm at a potluck luncheon in Memorial Hall |
The Facilities Evaluation Committee will present the input from the committee and congregation and facilitate a discussion based on the ideas presented. Please watch for updates and announcements on the entire process – your input is vital!
