Annual Meeting
On Sunday, January 27th, immediately following worship, we will hold our 118h Annual Meeting in Memorial Hall. In addition to receiving our annual committee reports we will also adopt a new budget and elect officers for 2008. An important part of our agenda will be to hear and discuss a report from the ad hoc committee on the future of Pilgrim House and/or the property on which it currently stands.
We will also share lunch together with tri-tip and vegetarian pesto pasta along with salad and dessert.
Annual Reports Due January 17
An annual report from each department and committee needs to be submitted to the church office by January 17. Your report should include committee member’s names, important dates, events, goals and accomplishments for the year. Think of someone reading your report 100 years from now and let your report tell the story of this church and what happened in 2007.
