¶ Thank You to Frank Jilka for his years directing our brass choir. Frank began in the Fall of 2002 and recently announced that he is stepping down as director but thankfully, he will continue to play with the Brass Choir. Frank was honored for his years of faithful service during the worship service on June 8th. Jim Jenkins will step in as the new Brass Choir Director. ¶ Thank you to Tom Larssen for painting the women’s restroom inside the church. ¶ Thank you to our landscaping crew for adding the remaining bricks to the front walk. If you have been waiting for your brick to be included, they’re all in place now – take a look! And take a moment to smell the flowers in front also – the grounds are just alive with blooms! ¶ Thanks to our Sunday School teachers Brenna, Pat, Emma, Irma, Naida, Vicki, Kristen, Silvia, Ashley and Cheree for your dedication to our youth. ¶ Thank you to our Youth Leaders Dan, Kathy, Chris, Kristen, Paula, Craig, Richard, Harry and Susanna – ready to sign up for next year? ¶ Thanks also to our nursery coordinators Mary and Alicia and all their helpers for their hours of dedicated service to the youngest members of our church family. ¶ Thank you to our music directors Brian, Karna, Andy, Frank and, of course, Darryl, for our Sunday music. ¶ And thank you to all our musicians and singers for sharing your gifts with us each Sunday. ¶ And a special thank you to Diana Iverson for faithfully providing such a welcoming smile each Sunday morning at the visitors table!
