Annual Meeting
On Sunday, January 24th, immediately following worship, we will hold our 120th Annual Meeting in Memorial Hall. In addition to receiving our annual committee reports we will also adopt a new budget and elect officers for 2010. We will also share lunch together with BBQ Chicken and a vegetarian dish along with salad and dessert.
All committee chairs need to turn in their annual report to the church office by January 17, 2010. Please call the church office – 823-2484 – if you have any questions or would like to see copies of previous reports to help you get started.
