Baptisms
Shay Elizabeth Griffin was baptized into the family of Christ on November 15 at the Community Church. Loving parents are Jack and Ginny Griffin. Shay’s mother, Ginny Griffin, was also baptized on November 15 with Revs Nelson and DelMonte officiating. Our prayers and blessings are with Shay and Ginny as they begin their walk in the Christian faith.
On November 22, Nathaniel Marc Felton was baptized at the Community Church by Rev. Gene Nelson. Loving parents are Marc and Mary Felton. Blessings and congratulations!
Death
We were all saddened by the untimely death of church member David White who died on November 11 after collapsing at home nine days earlier. A memorial service was held at the Community Church on November 19 officiated by Revs. Nelson and DelMonte. David was very involved in many aspects of the Community Church and his smiling face, loving heart and helping hands will be missed. Our love and prayers to his wife, Suzanne, and the entire White family.
