«Thank you to the Adult Ed Committee and Rosemary Manchester and John Simmons for hosting the book discussion groups. «Thanks to Hosanna Bauer for lending her talents to lead the Praise Singing workshops. «Thanks to Harry and Suzanne Simms for continuing to lead the Grief Support Group meetings Thursday evenings and to Stu Buman for facilitating the on-going Caregivers Support Group. «Thank you to our Sunday School Teachers who shared their talents with the youngest in our church family: Irma Bachelor, Pat Dilley, Noelle Rudolph, Emma DelMonte and Diana Iverson. «Thanks to our Youth Leaders for serving this year: Chris Wagner, Kathy Bell, Megan Bradley, Myra Martin-Adkins, David Peterson, Paula Matzinger, Craig Nesler and Richard Wood. «Thank you to our Child Care team Debbie McCallum, Erin Butterfield, Elise Peterson and Leila Salera. «Thank you to Barbara Wilson for coordinating and directing the Women in White for Father’s Day Sunday music. «Thanks again to Kathy Matthies for the very colorful banners we enjoy in church on Sundays. «Thank you to Mike Matthies for prepping the metal storage unit and getting it ready to paint – what a dirty job! «And speaking of dirty jobs, thanks to Tom Dilley for taking care of our plumbing issues!
Dear Church Family
The Boal family extends our deepest gratitude to everyone who offered prayers, treats, their presence, voices, music and love for an unforgettable day on Sunday, June 7. Jeff and I have so many fond memories of our time as members of this church which has been a loving home for more than 30 years. Kek mal mesulang (Palauan), Domo Arrigato, Muchas Gracias for your friendship, the many wonderful cards and gifts but especially for being a part of our lives. We plan to have a very big welcome mat out for anyone who can visit us in Weaverville, with or without your fishing gear! Bless you all!!
