Thank you to Gail and her crew for our Palm Sunday decorations. Thank you to all our music groups for sharing your gifts with us during Holy Week. We are very thankful and blessed to have your talents among us. Thank you to Jean Boal and Rachel Knuth for helping with the Children’s Message on Easter Sunday and thank you to Brian Plaugher for holding the Easter Sunrise Service at Ragle Park. Thanks also to Kathy Bell for helping with that early morning service as well as all your help getting our volunteers in place for each service during Holy Week. Thank you to our gardening crew for adding all the spring color just in time for Easter! Thank you to Kathy Matthies for creating the wonderful Easter and Earth Day banners and decorations. Thanks to Tom and Pat Dilley for hosting the church Easter Egg hunt. Thank you to Jeff and Paula Pearce and Ernie Erler for procuring and arranging the Easter Lilies, and for all those who helped deliver the lilies following Easter. Thank you to Tom Dilley, Mike Moore, David White, Bernie and Josh Hovden, Rolf Van Leeuwen, Kathie Mayhew, Bruce Petersilge, Edwin and Diana Wilson, Jerry and Kay Warren, Tony Given, and Gene Nelson for their working on Rebuilding Together Day – April 18th. We are already looking forward to next year!
A Special Thank You
To all our church family and friends and at the Community Church, thank you so much for your kind words, thoughts and prayers during my mother, Ethel Schram’s, long illness and subsequent death. Your phone calls, cards and flowers were of great comfort and were truly appreciated. We attended a beautiful service for my mother in Florida that is still available for viewing on line. Just give me a call and Alex can hook you up. Thank you again for your kind words and support.
