Annual Meeting
On Sunday, January 24th, immediately following worship, we will hold our 120th Annual Meeting in Memorial Hall. In addition to receiving our annual committee reports we will also adopt a new budget and elect officers for 2010. We will also share lunch together with BBQ Chicken and a vegetarian dish along with salad and dessert.
We will meet immediately following worship in Memorial Hall on January 24. Once again we will begin with a marvelous lunch, featuring chicken BBQ from Roger Collins and pasta from Gary Tognozzi with a green salad, bread, beverages. We will discuss and pass a church budget for 2010, elect church officers, and get updates on our building and fund-raising plans.
But along with business, we will also have “Building Fun” fair. There will be tables around the room where you can learn of the various parties, events and services that are part of our Building Fun campaign. You will also have the opportunity to sign up for those events that are of interest to you – everything from dinners to music nights to trips. And all proceeds will go to the Building Fund.
So come on the 24th for some good food, information and a good time!
