Palm Drive Hospital Community Outreach
Free health and wellness screenings are now available at Palm Drive Hospital on the first and third Mondays of every month (except when Monday falls on a holiday.) Drop by between 9-11 AM, and a nurse will check your blood pressure, lung capacity, pulse rate and other vital signs. Those with mobility problems can also get a free assessment of balance and fall risk and tips to prevent falls. For more information call 707-823-8511.
