Church Council
Next Church Council Meeting: July 28, 2010 at 7 PM in the Fireside Room.
In our very democratic tradition, Church Council is our highest decision-making body at the Community Church of Sebastopol.
Comprised of a representative from each board and committee, the Council also has three very important Members-at-Large. These three are charged with bringing up any concern any congregation member may have. Susan Nestor, Carole Hudlow and Gail Thomas will be glad to discuss any issue with you. Please feel free to share your ideas with them for presentation to the Church Council.
In addition to the representatives from each board and committee and the Members-at-Large, Gene Nelson lends his expertise to Council along with Moderator Harry Sullivan, Secretary Barbara Deedler and Vice Moderator- Mark Stevens.
Meetings are usually at 7pm on the fourth Wednesday evening of the month in the Fireside Room. Meetings are always open to the congregation and you are encouraged to attend. The council meeting will next meet on July 28 at 7 PM in the Fireside Room.
